When a buyer or tenant views a property they often buy in to the lifestyle the current owner appears to be living so the more attractive looking a space is the better chance you have of a buyer or tenant falling in love with it.

Can be a very basic facelift through to a complete overhaul of a dated or tired property whether it be the interior, the exterior or both.

If a property appears tired or outdated most buyers will assume it will cost them countless hours and dollars to bring it up to the high standards that most people expect.   • A one hour in home consultation followed by a comprehensive written report outlining the property's weakest and strongest points and our recommendations on how to address the problem areas, design ideas with photos, and a no obligation quote for the work required.

  • 4 Hours minimum of Intensive Spring Cleaning in which ever areas need it the most to ensure your property is spotless.

Pre-Market Interior and/or Exterior Makeover

  • 1 hour in House Consultation with written report.
  • 10 hours minimum of labour to ensure your property is immaculately presented.
