• This service includes an on-site consultation at your property with our Design Consultant followed by a comprehensive, written Property report specific to your property. Our Property Reports detail the weakest and strongest points in a property and our recommendations on how to highlight the strong points and address the weak points as well as including some initial design ideas and colour schemes to improve your property. A no obligation Quote to carry out the work required is also available with this service.

Pre-Market Spring Clean

• 4 Hours minimum of Intensive Spring Cleaning in which ever areas need it the most to ensure your property is spotless.

Pre-Market Interior and/or Exterior Makeover

• 1 hour in House Consultation with written report.
• 10 hours minimum of labour to ensure your property is immaculately presented.
